Alright so you know how the saying goes ‘look after yourself first’, well it’s time to implement that saying… Take some time for numero uno. SLOOOOOOOW DOWN, do something you love, something to make you feel replenished and just generally some YOU TIME and you don’t have to wait until Sunday to do it!

Although I personally love a self care Sunday as instead of it being Sunday Scaries worrying about the Monday blues to come, it makes me feel so ready for the week ahead. So let’s trade those Saturday night martinis for manicures or mountains (whatever floats your boat really).

I’ve put together some of my Self-Care Sundee hot tips to help you have ze best one you can, you don’t need to do it all in one day or even every week but just some ideas.

DON’T RUSH OUT OF BED

Yep you read it here first, cancel all your Sunday morning plans and when you wake up, wake up slooow. Read a book, watch some tele and do it all before you get out bed and start your day.

GO WALKIES

Anyone who knows me, knows I love some good walkies with Archie and one of my fave chickas. So skip the gym (if that’s what you’re into) and go outside instead… The fresh air n vitamin D feels a whole lot better.

TO MARKET TO MARKET

Go to your local market, grab a nice cawfee or fresh juice and some fresh flowers.

LISTEN TO SOME MUSIC N DE-CLUTTER

I don’t know about you but blarring some good tunes and throwing out useless crap resonates with me. I like to put some lemongrass oil in my diffuser and turn the speakers on to some Red Hot Chili Peppers and prance around in my ugly home clothes while cleansing my space a bit.

GET A MANICURE OR/AND MASSAGE

TREAT YO SELF, you saved some money buy skipping Saturdee drinks so splurge.

DETOX BATH & FACEMASKS

Now for me I don’t have a bath right now but this is damn good one. Grab a handful of Epsom salts, 10 drops of lavender essential oil half a cup of baking soda. Make your own facemask up and hop in.

MAKE/BUY SOME DELISH FOOD

Up to you with this one, if you love to cook, make some yummy tea or if you’re not about that life buy some of your fave takeout and a glass of white/red/tasty peach water (dm me if interested in this recipe 😉 and num nums.

BACK TO BED

Get back into that nice decluttered space of yours, diffuse your fave nighttime oilz, chuck on the tele or grab out a book and RELAXXXX.
