I first came across the crazy idea of drinking ONLY celery juice, every morning, on an empty stomach from one of my pretty switched on galpals. I thought wow, I’m pretty easily persuaded so if you’re doing it, count me in. Little did I know the difference it would make for me personally!

After feeling the difference of drinking celery juice every morning for a week I decided to do some research and learnt that pure celery juice has unique regenerating and healing properties which are only enhanced when it’s juiced on its own. Not to mention bunches of celery around about 4 dollars, so why wouldn’t you try it!

When juicing the celery, you need to juice EVERRRRRYTHANG from the roots to the leaves and I like to rinse mine in OnGaurd Essential Oil and Apple Cider Vinegar.
