So as winter comes to an end (thank YOOOOOU) I was thinking I had made it through without even slightly getting sick (YES!) but I then woke up on a Monday morning after a pretty big weekend (whoops) at a friends wedding and it had hit me (but not too badly) I did everything I knew I could to get healthy again, you can see those tips here & I was feeling almost 100%.
